Mix up your ground beef the way you normally do for burgers. I use
the bottle of seasoning salt near the front of the cabinet (I'm a guy,
you don't expect me to read labels do you?) and some of worstershishire
sauce (emphasis on the er). Just add the stuff till the mixture smells
good to you. Add some finely diced habanero peppers, two to a pound for
a small flame, three for just beyond medium, or four if you just want to
taste the pain. Yum.
