Chinese cabbage blanched in boiling water for 3 seconds before chopping.

Chopped up shrimp.

Chopped up mushrooms.

Semi soften glassy noodles cut in about 2 inch long pieces.

Soy sauce, salt to taste
Stir fry the ingredients. Wrap them in egg roll or spring roll
wrappers.
Fry them in hot oil until light brown.
